Maple Nut Yogurt Dip

Maple Nut Yogurt Dip



Vegetarian, Trans Fat Free, Saturated Fat Free, Cholesterol Free, Low Sodium

Contains Dairy & Peanuts or Nuts

Yield: 11 servings

This dip is a perfect snack, dessert, or addition to any meal.  
Enjoy with sliced fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers for a lighter treat both kids and adults will love. 

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup plain, non-fat (0%) Greek yogurt 
3 tablespoons natural nut butter
1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup 
1-2 tablespoons cinnamon, apple or pumpkin pie spice (amount and type of spice as desired) 

Directions 
1. Mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated. 
2. Serve chilled and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
