This potato salad is a more wholesome way to indulge your craving for traditional picnic food.
Ingredients
2.5 pounds potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1.5 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions
1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
2. Place potatoes in a pot and add enough water cover potatoes by 1 inch. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat to medium-high; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and let potatoes cool.
