Fresh Fruit Salad with Lime Mint Dressing


Vegan, Fat Free, Trans Fat Free, Cholesterol Free, Low Sodium, Good Source of Vitamins A & C 

Yield: Approximately 8 servings 

This simple recipe amps up regular old fruit salad and is sure to be a family favorite.

Ingredients
~2 lb fresh fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces (we used cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple, honeydew, and strawberries)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 ½ tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped

Directions
1. Place fruit in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add lime juice and fresh mint. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
