Berry Almond Power Smoothie


Trans Fat Free, Low Cholesterol, Good Source of Vitamin C and Calcium

Contains Dairy and Nuts

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients
2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
1 fresh or frozen medium banana
2 tablespoons unsalted almond butter
1 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve with a straw.
