Apple Dijon Slaw

Apple Dijon Slaw 

Vegetarian, Trans Fat Free, Fat Free, Saturated Fat Free, Cholesterol Free, Good Source of Vitamins A&C 

Contains Dairy

Yield: Approximately 10 servings (~3/4 cup each)

Ingredients
¼ head green cabbage, shredded
¼ head purple cabbage, shredded
2 large apples, sliced into sticks
1 large carrot, shredded
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions
1. Combine black pepper, Dijon mustard, plain fat free yogurt, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl to make a dressing.
2. Combine shredded cabbage, apples, and carrots and drizzle with dressing.
3. Toss to combine, serve chilled, and enjoy!
