This month, we've been celebrating National Family Meals month by providing you with simple ways to get the family engaged at mealtimes. We've already reviewed the benefits of eating together, some quick fix meal ideas, and ways to get everyone (including the kids!) involved in the kitchen.  Did you know that you can get a quick and easy dinner on the go at your ILC Cafe?  Yes, you can! Our daily Happy Hour promotion offers a percentage off of our hot and cold buffets in the 30-60 minutes prior to the closing of the cafe.  Take advantage of this time and savings to pick up some prepared food for dinner!

Grab some fresh vegetables from our Greens & Things Bar 
  • Forget that wilting lettuce in the back of your fridge and get just the amount that you need fresh daily
  • Planning tacos for dinner?  Grab some lettuce, chopped tomatoes, diced bell pepper, and shredded cheese for a colorful and fresh crunch
  • Do you need just a little something sweet but don't want to derail your healthy lifestyle?  Grab some fresh cut fruit to serve as a side or dessert

Pick up a crowd-pleasing side from our Housemade Salad Bar
  • From Greek to Caesar, potato to pasta, tuna salad to fresh tofu, our Housemade Salad Bar has deliciously blended salads that will round out any meal.  Does everybody in your family have their own preference?  Our sectioned and multi-sized containers allow you to be able to take as much or as little of each item as you'd like, so everyone can have the side that they want.

Get a full meal at our Hot Bar
  • Traditional pasta dishes, delightful Asian fare, and homestyle favorites such as turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes are just the beginning of the offerings that you can find on the Hot Bar.
  • Pack up a container with 1/2 vegetable, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 starch for a balanced meal.  Keep it in your office refrigerator for the afternoon and then reheat when you get home.  This system is perfect for busy nights or the singleton who is tired of cooking for 1 or eating leftovers.
