Evangelina DiSpirito is IL Creation’s part-time Registered Dietitian. She joined our team in November 2017. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Science of Dietetics and Nutrition, she completed a year-long post-graduate internship, with the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been practicing as a Licensed  Registered  Dietitian for about 12 years and in 2014, trained in mindfulness yoga practice to become registered as a Yoga Alliance teacher. 

In Florida, Evangelina worked as a Diabetes Educator where she provided diabetes self-management therapy to individuals with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, as well as provided Diabetes Prevention counseling to individuals diagnosed with prediabetes. She also worked part-time as a Corporate Wellness Nutritionist for Honeywell Aerospace and Defense, where she provided individualized medical nutrition and lifestyle counseling to help the staff maintain a healthy weight and manage chronic health conditions. She presented numerous, health and fitness presentations to staff with topics ranging from healthy cooking, preventing and managing health conditions through nutrition and lifestyle and reducing stress through mindfulness.  

In her free time, Evangelina enjoys spending time with her family, running, teaching yoga, bike riding, reading, photography, and exploring gourmet cooking.




Amanda Schlink, MS, RD, LD, Pn1

Amanda Schlink is IL Creations’ full-time Registered Dietitian and joined the team in April 2019. A former competitive athlete, she earned her bachelor’s in nutrition from the University of Minnesota and completed her master’s and dietetic internship at Northern Illinois University. Amanda is also certified as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.

Originally from Chicago, IL, Amanda’s professional background includes experience in culinary nutrition, food service operations and higher education. In graduate school, Amanda taught undergraduate nutrition courses, focusing on the basics of cooking and the science of nutrition. She also became a food service manager for the largest dining hall on Northern Illinois University’s campus. After becoming a registered dietitian, Amanda moved to the DC area. Most recently, she was the Registered Dietitian at American University, overseeing the dining program on campus and assisting students with medical dietary needs and food allergies choose healthy food options on campus.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her friends & family, cooking, reading and attending Broadway shows.
